Termination Process |
| Membership will continue until you complete a 30-Day Written Termination Notice. This can be done one of the following ways: |

Visit the Family YMCA Welcome Center and fill out a 30-Day Written Termination Notice. |
| 2. |
Send a 30-Day Written Termination Notice to The Family YMCA, 1225 West Lafayette Street, Easton, PA 18042 Attn: Membership Department.
